The January 2027 Chaos to Consistency Cohort is a structured family program designed to help parents and children with ADHD and executive functioning challenges move from daily frustration and repeated reminders toward greater calm, independence, and consistency. Rather than focusing only on changing behavior, the program helps families understand the executive functioning skills underneath everyday struggles such as getting ready in the morning, completing homework, managing emotions, remembering responsibilities, transitioning between activities, and following through.

Throughout the program, families will learn practical strategies built around five core areas: Awareness, Regulation, Planning, Follow Through, and Family Alignment. Parents will learn how executive functioning affects behavior while developing tools for emotional regulation, communication, routines, expectations, and accountability. Children and teens will be encouraged to gradually develop skills such as task initiation, organization, working memory, impulse control, planning, emotional regulation, and self-monitoring.

The program is designed around a simple idea: consistency over intensity. Families do not need another complicated system that works for a few days and then disappears. Instead, Chaos to Consistency helps families create a practical Family Operating System—shared routines, tools, language, and expectations that can be practiced at home and adjusted as children become more independent.

The January 2027 cohort will provide families with structured instruction, practical activities, family exercises, and tools they can begin using immediately. The goal is not to create a perfectly organized household. It is to help families understand what is getting in the way, reduce unnecessary conflict, strengthen executive functioning skills, and build sustainable systems that make everyday family life feel more manageable.
